If you have installed ETextViewer and received an error message about RICHTX32.OCX or one of its dependancies when you try to start it, your computer may be missing this file, or it may not be properly registered. Most versions of Windows already have this file but some lighter versions (e.g. some laptops, netbooks) do not. You may download just the file you are missing and manually register it yourself. Here's how to do it:
You should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded" and your ETextViewer should now work as designed.
